For Example: US 7(25cm/9.8inch). This 25cm/9.8inch is means insole length only . - Better to choose 1-2 size bigger if your foot is a little wide or instep is a little thick.

- Please allow 0-0.5cm/0.2inch error in the size due to the manual measurement.
